Our visiting medical team can either serve as your primary care physician group or work with your existing medical providers. In addition to comprehensive medical care delivered in private residences, SpringCare medical providers also provide state of the art, expert medical care for many patients living in senior living retirement communities. Whether you live in independent living, assisted living, memory care or a group home, we work with many North Texas senior living communities to avoid any unnecessary hospitalization for the residents.

Our providers perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret lab tests, perform procedures, provide patient education and counseling and make rounds. We also prescribe and monitor medications, order therapies, and call on many other home centered teams to help us give the best care for our patients including Hospice, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Labs, X-ray and others.

Our patients have consistent and preventive treatment of their multiple medical conditions. Homebound patients, unable to travel to the doctor’s office will frequently go by ambulance to the emergency room for problems that may have been prevented if treated earlier. This is not only the most expensive medical treatment; it solves problems only for the moment. We intend to stop that cycle allowing patients to stay healthy in their place of residence.
