Contact SpringCare and briefly tell us what you need help with. Our team can direct you to the most appropriate service or appointment type.

Appointments & Virtual Care

Primary care may include routine medical concerns, minor illnesses, medication follow-up, chronic-condition follow-up, preventive care, and other appropriate health needs.
Yes, when new-patient availability is open. Book a primary care appointment or contact the clinic if you are unsure which visit type to select.
Medication refills may be provided when clinically appropriate. Some medications require an evaluation, recent laboratory testing, monitoring, or an in-person visit before they can be prescribed.
SpringCare can evaluate many same-day or minor acute concerns, but it is not a substitute for emergency care. Severe chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, major bleeding, or other emergencies should be evaluated immediately through emergency services.

Primary Care

No. These treatments are never sold through an online cart — a licensed provider reviews your case first, and our team calls you to confirm details before anything is finalized.

Many of our telehealth programs are available nationwide. Your assessment will confirm what's available in your state.

A licensed SpringCare provider reviews your information. If you're an appropriate candidate for treatment, our team will contact you within one business day to discuss your personalized plan.

Weight Management

Visit the Weight Management service page or select Start Assessment. You will be guided through the appropriate initial assessment and next steps.
No. An assessment does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health information, medical history, goals, and clinical appropriateness before recommending treatment.
SpringCare's weight-management services may include prescription treatment when medically appropriate, along with individualized clinical guidance. The specific treatment recommended depends on your health history and provider evaluation.
When direct SpringCare weight-management appointments are available, you may choose Book Appointment instead of the online assessment pathway.
Possibly. Your provider may recommend laboratory testing based on your medical history, current medications, symptoms, and treatment plan.

Hormone Health

Hormone health services are for adults seeking evaluation of symptoms that may be related to hormonal changes or imbalance. A provider will determine whether testing or treatment is appropriate.
Laboratory testing is often part of a hormone evaluation, but the exact testing depends on your symptoms, medical history, age, and treatment goals.
No. Treatment is recommended only when clinically appropriate after provider review. Other causes of symptoms may need to be evaluated first.
If direct SpringCare hormone consultations are currently available, you may book with SpringCare. Otherwise, the service page will guide you to the appropriate assessment pathway.

Longevity & Wellness

This service focuses on individualized wellness goals and may include evaluation of health risks, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and appropriate treatment or wellness options.
No. Longevity and wellness services are more focused on specific wellness goals, while primary care addresses broader routine, preventive, acute, and chronic medical needs.
Choose Primary Care for general medical needs. Choose Longevity & Wellness when you are specifically interested in a wellness-focused program. If you are unsure, contact SpringCare and we can direct you.

Medical Skin & Hair

Medical Skin & Hair care focuses on provider-guided solutions for concerns such as uneven skin tone, discoloration, skin renewal, hair thinning, and scalp or hair-growth concerns.
SpringCare offers its own personalized skin and hair pathway, and additional online treatment options may also be available. The Skin & Hair page lets you choose the care experience that best fits what you are looking for.
SpringCare-specific medical skin and hair options begin with an assessment and provider review rather than direct online checkout. This allows the provider to determine whether a particular option is appropriate for you.
A SpringCare provider reviews the information you submit and determines the appropriate recommendation and next steps. Additional information or a consultation may be requested when needed.
No. The assessment helps the provider determine whether the requested option is safe and appropriate. The final recommendation may differ based on your medical history or treatment needs.

Hair Restoration

Medical Skin & Hair may include provider-guided topical or medical options for hair thinning. Hair Restoration is the more specialized SpringCare pathway for evaluating hair loss and determining whether advanced or in-office restoration options may be appropriate.
Select Start Hair Assessment and complete the SpringCare hair assessment. The information helps us understand your hair-loss pattern, history, and goals before recommending the next step.
Photos may be requested because they help the provider evaluate the pattern and extent of hair thinning or loss. Follow the instructions in the assessment for the types of images needed.
Possibly. Some hair-restoration services require an in-person scalp evaluation or procedure. After your assessment is reviewed, SpringCare will let you know the appropriate next step.
Hair growth is gradual, and response varies by the cause of hair loss and treatment used. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations and the importance of consistent treatment.

Wound Care

SpringCare's wound-care program evaluates appropriate chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds. The treatment plan depends on the wound type, location, severity, medical history, and prior care.
Depending on the patient and service arrangement, wound care may be provided in appropriate facility, post-acute, community, or other approved care settings.
Select Request Wound Care Evaluation or contact SpringCare. We will collect the information needed to determine the appropriate next step.
Be prepared to provide the wound location, how long it has been present, prior treatments, relevant medical conditions, and any requested photos or records.
No. Wound-care treatment is based on clinical evaluation, medical necessity, wound characteristics, prior treatment, and applicable coverage requirements. A specific treatment cannot be guaranteed before evaluation.
Yes. A patient, authorized caregiver, or facility representative may contact SpringCare to ask about an evaluation. Appropriate consent and clinical information may be required before care begins.

Aesthetic Services

Available aesthetic services may include provider-performed cosmetic treatments and consultations. Visit the Aesthetic Services page for the current list of treatments.
A consultation or clinical assessment may be required so the provider can review your goals, medical history, and whether the treatment is appropriate.
Sometimes, depending on the service, scheduling, clinical appropriateness, and whether any preparation is required. Same-day treatment is not guaranteed.
You do not need to decide on your own. Book a consultation and discuss your goals with the provider, who can explain suitable options and expected results.
